The MIC is first and foremost a learning event, and NISC experts and Member presenters will be leading the educational effort by sharing their deep knowledge on topics ranging from Financials to Service and Operations to Marketing – and all business services in between!

With sessions designed for all skill levels, from beginners new to the software to advanced users refining their expertise, there’s something for everyone. The financial track empowers leadership with strategies to improve stakeholder communication, decision making and overall financial performance. Service

There is something for everyone working within the Service solution! Learn how to maximize the value of NISC’s reporting offerings and up your game when it comes to engaging with your customers. You’ll have the opportunity to see what’s new and next in iVUE Connect and Meter Data Management and experience NISC’s offerings relating to Energy Services and DERMS as well as optimizing contact tracking, delinquents, prepaid billing and service orders.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits

Once again, NISC will offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for several Financials sessions. Detailed information on CPE credits will be available in the MIC sessions.

NISC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasba.org.
